Sir,

Today my factory has been visited by the officers of the board for the purpose of taking sample of the Chimney.  I hereby exercise my option as contained under clause (d) of sub section 3 of section 26 of the Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution), Act, 1981 and request you to send the sample for analysis to PBT Mohali . I am ready to pay the charges of the sample analysis to the said laboratory.

            Kindly do the needful accordingly.
