Samsung which is declaring as World class Company but to my experience or to say bitter experience it is world class harassment company. Here is example.
Problem No.1
I have purchased new A3 . I want to transfer data from old S4 mini to A3 saved in Memo . Sorry no facility . Customer care executive taken 3 days . One say download Smartswitch it is the solution But No solution. Another say download kies it is the solution But no solution. At the end they say Sorry. No facility. S.Memo has files having text matter and in the computer text files are easily editable/transferable. But Samsung has no facility. So it is harassment company.
Problem No. 2
I have 1600 contacts and only 400 contacts are having phone no. and rest are having email IDs. When to contact phone and i have to go to search all 1600 contacts are displaying even if I have choosen the option at contact setting and ticked show contacts only having phone no. Customer care executive say i have to delete all the 1200 contact one by one. For this all 1600 contacts have to first open to note which is having phone no. and which is having email id. But a heavy harassment.
So samsung mobile are hararassing the customers
